Should you have a FuturePay agreement set up and need to cancel an existing SFS subscription, please follow our guidelines below:

• Sign- in to your agency account

• Click the accounts tab

• Click the “cancel agreement” button to cancel your subscription

Your expiry date will appear and you will receive confirmation via email.
