How to unsubscribe a user account:

Click the My Profile tab

Click My Preferences

Here you can change your email settings/ unsubscribe
Alternatively, you can speak to the primary user on the account and he/ she can advise.
If you would like to opt back in to emails in the future, please follow the same guidelines above.
