If you have received a notification that your Futurepay agreement with StuckForStaff has been cancelled without you actually making any changes, it may be as a result of a recent update made by our technical development team (on August 26th 2015).


Please do not be alarmed.  Your existing service will not be affected.


The result of this is that your existing subscription will not auto-renew and you will simply be prompted to subscribe again when it expires.

All of your SFS profile information will remain.
