In order to receive emails you will need to add us to your allowed list. There is a good chance that if you have not you will not be receiving many job opportunities or messages from agencies regards work. 

Here's how you do it...



There is no "safe sender list" in Gmail but adding the email address to your contact list should be sufficient:

  • Click on the dropdown icon named "Gmail" top left and select "Contacts" from the list.

  • Click on the "New Contact" button on the left.

  • Fill in the contact card with the name (StuckForStaff) and the email address ( and website

Hotmail/Outlook Web

  • Click on the cog top right of screen

  • Click on Options

  • Click on Safe and Blocked Senders

  • Click on Safe Senders.

  • Add ‘' to your list.


  • Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book.

  • Click Add to contacts

  • On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed.

  • Click Save to finish.

Outlook 2007

  • Right-click on any email you received from us.

  • Click Junk E-mail.

  • Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish.

Outlook 2010

  • Click the Home tab.

  • Click Junk.

  • Click Junk E-mail Options.

  • Click Safe Senders.

  • Click Add.

  • Enter ‘' and additional information if you wish.

  • Click OK to finish.

Outlook 2013

  • Click Home.

  • In the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk Email Options.

  • To add safe senders, on the Safe Senders tab, click Add.

  • In the Enter an email address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box, enter


Mac Mail

  • Click Address Book

  • Click File.

  • Click New Card

  • Enter and additional information if you wish. .

  • Click Edit to finish.
